Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee safety on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Vaasa, Finland. The role focuses on providing expert EHS support, conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to drive a strong safety culture onsite.

The ideal candidate has a Degree/Diploma in EHS, 5+ years of construction EHS experience, and NEBOSH or equivalent qualification. Finnish/EU H&S knowledge and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ construction EHS experience.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in EHS or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS advice and support across the project.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Review RAMS, permits and high-risk activities.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor EHS performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Assist with EHS reporting and compliance.
