Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an EHS Lead to design and drive operational strategies for environmental health and safety at the Limerick Delivery Systems Plant and Shannon metals production site. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance and lead continuous improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or EHS, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or EHS-related field required.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead EHS operational strategies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet EHS goals and programs.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and audits for ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance.
• Provide EHS expertise for new processes and products; support change control.
• Investigate EHS incidents and Near Misses; implement corrective actions.
• Revise EHS training and written programs; deliver training as needed.
• Analyze data to generate routine environmental metrics reports.
• Act as liaison with government agencies as assigned.
