Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to oversee H&S on multiple live sites across the Midlands region, based in Longford with hybrid work options. The role focuses on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk through proactive site supervision and training.

Key duties include site inspections, incident investigations, RAMS support, and coordination with management and external bodies.

Formación

• Level 7 Health & Safety qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• 2–5 years’ construction H&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
