Job summary

ABA Preschool Academy Tallaght in Dublin is hiring for ECE roles (Level 7/8) to join a dedicated team. The position focuses on high-quality education and supporting children with autism, with a 8.15am–4.30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, term-time contract.

You will implement IEPs, manage daily routines, communicate with parents, and ensure safety and compliance with paperwork. An English-language requirement and Teaching Council registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.
• Level 8 degree or Level 7 with relevant experience under the FE route.
• English language requirement: worked or studied for 3 years through English or IELTS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all students at all times.
• Implement the children's Individual Educational Plans.
• Address parents' queries and report to them at day end.
• Follow the class timetable, breaks and rotas.
• Complete paperwork on time including risk assessments and roll counts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all students is always maintained.
• Implementing the children's Individual Educational Plans.
• Dealing with parents’ queries and reporting to them at the end of each day.
• Following the class timetable including breaks and rotas.
• Ensuring the timely completion of paperwork including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, staff and children's roll.

Who Are We Looking For?

Candidate registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland. This is possible with Level 8 degree or a Level 7 degree with relevant experience under the Further Education route.Candidate living outside Ireland, must satisfy an English Language requirement, that is, to have worked or studied for 3 years through English OR completed the IELTS exam).Someone who is passionate and dedicated to creating a positive environment where students can achieve their full potential.An individual with demonstrable experience of working well within a team, as well as working independently.
