Job summary

Lidl Ireland is looking for a Customer Assistant to join on a part-time 30-hour contract. You will interact with customers, assist on tills, and help keep the store clean and well-presented while following stock rotation and waste procedures.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• The willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.

• A good team player.
• Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
