Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a standard 30 hour contract. You’ll interact with customers, work across shifts, and help keep our store clean, stocked, and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred but not essential if attitude is right.
• Willingness to work across variable shifts including early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Follow stock loss controls in all store areas.
• Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensure waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in stock count processes.
