Fortis Recruitment is seeking a FA supervisor/senior associate for a leading global hedge fund in Dublin. You will own month-end close across multiple legal entities, prepare journals, and perform balance sheet reconciliations with end-to-end NAV experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in public accounting, fund administration or asset management.
• Exposure to asset management or alternative asset structures preferred.
• Analytical, multi-tasker, career focused.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of month-end close across multiple legal entities.
• Preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis.
• Calculation of official AUM and fund returns.
• Reconciliations across multiple asset classes.
• Liaising with fund administrators on monthly reporting.
• Supporting annual audits.
• Partnering with Middle Office, Operations and Investor Relations.
• Contributing to process improvements and management reporting.
