Job summary

Metric Bio in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client projects from transfer through development, scale-up, and technology transfer within GMP manufacturing. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and quality standards.

As the central liaison between clients and internal teams, you will drive collaboration, manage cross-functional interfaces (CMC, regulatory, quality, manufacturing) and report progress,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including scientific, engineering, CMC, regulatory, quality, manufacturing and operational specialists.
• Establish ownership of tasks, clarify responsibilities, and align team priorities with project objectives.
• Organize meetings, monitor action items, facilitate discussions, and drive timely resolution of decisions.
• Manage project financials within approved cost parameters and coordinate budgets/cost forecasts.
• Assess risks, establish mitigation strategies, and implement change control for scope/schedule/costs.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and quality management across project activities.
• Document outcomes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to service capability development.
