Codex Office Solutions is seeking a dispatch driver/merchandiser to manage daily deliveries and merchandising across assigned areas in Ireland. You will ensure efficient route planning, accurate stock checks, and proactive communication with the office to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a 2-year track record in a fast-paced dispatch environment, a full clean driving licence, and a proactive, service‑minded attitude. IT skills with Teams/Outlook are essential.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dispatch team, ideally as a driver or merchandiser.
• Full clean driver’s license.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude with innovative mindset.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Reliable and proactive with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver a first-class customer experience.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device or regulated environment is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute efficient route planning and van space optimisation.
• Deliver and merchandise products daily, keeping storage clean, organised and labelled.
• Maintain stock levels, raise replenishment orders and check deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Codex values.
• Collaborate with Dispatch Team Lead to improve delivery performance and customer experience.
• Capture PODs, report shortages/returns, and communicate any issues promptly.
• Maintain contact with office during deliveries and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Travel to Dublin Head Office quarterly for townhalls or training.
