Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Driver to join our Transportation team. You will drive a specialized vehicle to client locations, securely collect and destroy client materials, and uphold the chain of custody with professional service.

Responsibilities include pre-trip/post-trip inspections, refueling, keeping records with wireless scanning, and assisting warehouse operations as needed. A valid license and safe driving practices are required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a driver.
• Able to meet high physical demands including manual lifting of data (boxed or bagged).
• Hold a valid drivers license and commit to safe driving practices.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and professional Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure collection and on-site destruction of client materials while providing world-class customer service. As the public face of our company, you will drive a specialized Vehicle to various client locations, ensuring the total security and integrity of the chain of custody.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Execute Secure Collections and Destruction: Drive a company Vehicle to client sites to safely collect, transport, and shred sensitive materials while utilizing wireless scanning technology to maintain accurate records.
• Manage Vehicle Integrity and Compliance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, manage refueling and cleanliness, and ensure total compliance with all transportation legislation and Iron Mountain's "Driver Code of Conduct".
• Provide Professional Client Solutions: Interface directly with customers to manage day-to-day requirements and resolve service issues, while also supporting warehouse operations such as retrievals, destructions, and inventory moves as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a driver
• Proven ability to meet high physical demands, including manual lifting of large amounts of data (boxed or bagged) and the stamina to operate loading mechanisms throughout the day.
• A valid driver's license and a commitment to safe, fuel-efficient driving practices.
