Job summary

Thru The Green Coffee Company Limited in Ireland is seeking a Drive-Thru Operations Manager to oversee the daily high-volume drive-thru cafe, ensuring efficient vehicle movement, smooth service, and strong team coordination.

You will coordinate vehicle flow, monitor peak-hour traffic, resolve bottlenecks, and drive staff performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction and hands-on support across roles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience of traffic management and operations improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee from roasting to making and sourcing.
• 1+ years fitness experience to run classes for team and community events.
• Experience with coffee equipment, repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with general repairs and ability to manage on-site repairs and liaise with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle flow within the drive-thru system to ensure efficient service and prevent congestion
• Monitor and control traffic movement during peak hours
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time
• Ensure safe and organised vehicle circulation within the premises
• Coordinate communication between drive-thru demand and internal operations
• Oversee customer service operations across drive-thru and in-store service
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer issues professionally
• Support front-line operations during peak periods
• Assist in coordinating team workflow and communication
• Provide hands-on support across multiple operational roles
• Support staff performance and service consistency
• Manage all facility maintenance & operational improvements; handyman abilities required
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate minor repairs
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
• Support improvements in workspace efficiency and layout
• Run staff wellbeing morning fitness sessions and monthly customer fitness events
