Uisce Éireann is seeking an experienced Drinking Water Safety Planning and Audit Analyst to ensure the safety and quality of Ireland’s drinking water. You will develop and implement safety plans, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance across the water network.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in water or related sectors, strong IT skills (Excel/Word), and collaboration with operations, laboratories, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or accreditation is desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
• Excellent IT skills in particular Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update Drinking Water Safety Plans in line with local and national standards.
• Perform audits to assess compliance with drinking water safety requirements and regulations.
• Conduct on-site visits to treatment plants and distribution systems to verify compliance.
• Carry out risk assessments across the drinking-water supply chain and identify mitigation actions.
• Prepare audit reports for management and regulatory authorities and track corrective actions.
