Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a Downstream Bio-Process Associate for a 12-month contract in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves hands-on work in a major biopharma facility, coordinating with operations, CQV, and automation teams on design validation and documentation.

You will contribute to large-scale manufacturing processes, create SOPs, and navigate cGMP-style environments, with a 24/24 shift pattern offering exposure to continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Engineering/Science, or equivalent regulated industry experience.
• Strong experience in a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Experience with DeltaV and MES is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project design and validation of the MPCC manufacturing facility with operations, CQV, and automation teams.
• Create SOPs and operating documentation for large-scale manufacturing.
• Execute commercial manufacturing processes per approved work instructions.
• This will be a 24/24 shift role.
