Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation in Dunboyne, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate to support late-stage and launch pipeline operations at a state-of-the-art single-use facility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ GMP manufacturing experience, strong problem solving, and hands-on knowledge of Upstream/Downstream operations for monoclonal antibodies, plus DeltaV/PAS-X automation and single-use tech.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification with 3+ years’ GMP manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with contamination control and batch release requirements.
• Understanding of Upstream/Downstream unit operations for mAb manufacturing.
• Experience with Single-Use technologies and end-to-end single-use facilities.
• Commissioning and qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production operations for FedBatch and Continuous Manufacturing.
• Operate equipment per electronic batch records and SOPs.
• Assist with developing batch records, sampling plans, and work instructions.
• Participate in weekend or off-hours work as needed to support manufacturing.
• Maintain safety and compliance culture on site.
• Collaborate within a dedicated process team.

The Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate will provideoperational support for shop floor operations of the Late Stage and LaunchPipeline at our new state of the art single use biotechnology facility inDunboyne, Ireland.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (Includes, but arenot limited to)

The Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate, isresponsible for:

• Will support end-to end production operations for both FedBatch and Continuous Manufacturing.
• Operate equipment according to electronic batch records,sampling plans and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to solve problems with a desire to continuouslylearn, improve and develop.
• Support weekend or out of hours work on select frames tosupport manufacturing activities.
• Conduct all work activities with a strict adherence to thesafety and compliance culture on site.
• Supporting the Authoring of electronic batch records,sampling plans, work instructions and standard operating procedures.

The Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate is alsoresponsible for:

• Work as part of a dedicated process team where flexibilityand teamwork are a key requirement.

Requirements

Qualification and Skills Requirements (Includes but are notlimited to)

• A level 6 with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a GMPManufacturing enviornment shall be deemed equivalent.
• Competent in troubleshooting and show practicalproblem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within across-functional team.
• Familiarity with contamination control and batch releaserequirements.
• Understanding of Upstream and Downstream Unit Operationsfor mAb manufacturing.
• Understanding of both continuous and batch fedmanufacturing processes.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, Pas X, and the use ofAutomation in a manufacturing Process.
• Experience in various Single-Use techniques andexperiences in the area of an end to end Single Use facility.
• Commissioning and Qualification experience.
• This role is a site based role.
• This role may require flexible work arrangements.
