Job summary

Citi in Dublin is seeking a Custody Technology Analyst to bridge traditional financial infrastructure with digital assets, tokenization, and smart contracts. You will collaborate with global product managers, blockchain engineers, and operations specialists in a highly resilient, scalable environment.

The role offers a hybrid working model (up to 2 days home per week) and a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a technical role such as Software Engineering, Technical Systems Analysis, or Solutions Architecture.
Strong understanding of blockchain, DLT networks, smart contracts, and digital custody.
Experience with modern microservices, event-driven architectures, and RESTful APIs.
Experience designing mission-critical, highly resilient enterprise systems.
Background in financial services, preferably securities services or custody.

Responsibilities

Conduct deep technical analysis of business and functional requirements, translating them into robust specifications and designs.
Analyze, map, and communicate impacts of integrating digital asset and blockchain systems with Citi’s tech stack.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to design target architecture and operating model.
Drive delivery tasks independently and proactively identify bottlenecks or risks.
Design and implement modifications to custody apps to support digital asset use cases and tokenization.
Contribute to system architecture discussions, promoting secure, scalable designs.
