Lidl Ireland is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple stores, lead Store Managers, and drive performance across a district. You will focus on a positive work environment, stock movement efficiency and strategic district planning, with frequent communication to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a 2.1 degree or three years of management experience, and a proven ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2.1 degree or three years of management experience.
• Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills.
• Full driving licence and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a district with line manager responsibility for Store Managers.
• Maintain a positive, motivated work environment and collaboration.
• Develop, coach and support Store Managers in your district.
• Analyse and optimise stock movements.
• Complete district tours with Sales Operations Director.
• Support projects with analysis and feedback.
• Oversee refurbishments, openings and re-openings.
• Create annual business plans and staffing structures.
