Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Area Manager to lead a district of Lidl stores. You will manage Store Managers, drive performance, and implement business plans while ensuring a positive team environment and strong store results.

With 2:1 degree or equivalent management experience, you will plan deployments, coach managers, and oversee stock movement. A full driving licence is required and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 degree or three years management experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all Store Managers.
• Ensure a positive and motivated work environment and effective collaboration.
• Develop, support and coach Store Managers within your district.
• Analyse and optimise stock movements.
• Complete district tours with the Sales Operations Director.
• Support projects through analysis and feedback.
