Specsavers Ennis is seeking a CORU-registered Dispensing Optician to join our team in Ennis, County Clare. You will work on the shop floor with our optometrists to ensure accurate dispensing and exceptional patient care.

This role offers full or part-time hours, a salary up to €45,000 depending on experience, and a joining bonus up to €20,000. You will have access to development opportunities and a clear pathway to leadership.

Responsabilités

The Role in a Nutshell:

• Ensure you provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense to receives a consistently high-quality handover.
• Manage after-sales service (including complaints and problem-solving) in a customer service-focused ‘can do’ manner.
• Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets by demonstrating effective professional sales techniques.
