Health Service Executive in Ireland is advertising a Social Care Assistant (Disability Sector) in the New Ross area. You will support individuals with intellectual disabilities by helping them participate in meaningful activities and daily living, under the guidance of the Team Leader/Day Opportunities Co-Ordinator.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will build professional relationships with families, staff and community agencies to achieve positive outcomes, with a view to promoting inclusion
