You will work with Social Care Workers and a multidisciplinary team, following care plans and HIQA-aligned standards, with salary €38,000–€52,000 DOE and a full-time fixed-term contract with potential permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, support, or healthcare environments.
• Relevant qualification in social care or related discipline preferred.
• Strong safeguarding and professional practice knowledge.
• Ability to work in a structured, person-centred setting.
