Qualifications

• 3+ years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations within a designated centre.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA and Health Act 2007.
• Mentor team through supervision, training, and reflection.
• Promote inclusion, dignity, and personal choice for all service users.
• Engage with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies.
