Job summary

Prudential Financial Ireland seeks a Director, Technology Asset Management & Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance and lifecycle management of technology assets. You will implement standards, policies, and operating models across HAM, SAM and CMDB, while ensuring data quality and regulatory alignment.

Based in Letterkenny with a hybrid work pattern (2-3 days in office), you will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance and Procurement to optimize licenses, costs and risk,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technology Asset Management, CMDB or Lifecycle Management.
• Experience designing enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments with risk/compliance expectations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy and governance for HAM/SAM, CMDB and Technology Lifecycle Management.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies and operating models for asset lifecycle and data quality.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of asset and configuration data for risk, compliance and reporting.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and Audit to support regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to enable license compliance and cost optimization.
• Define and track KPIs, KRIs and data quality metrics.
• Lead vendor and managed service relationships aligned to asset governance outcomes.
• Communicate asset risks and trends to senior leadership and governance forums.
