HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Director, Product Capabilities Technology Lead to drive the technology and data strategy for Product Capabilities. You will connect product decisions with practical technology requirements across global fund structures and administrator relationships.

You will lead data platform initiatives, manage a team, and partner with operations, engineering, and external vendors to deliver data-driven investment solutions.

Formación

• Experience with fund administration data, including NAV reporting and investor records.
• Proven ability to lead across teams and manage priorities in matrix environments.
• Strong SQL skills to profile data and identify data quality issues.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and data architecture concepts.
• Delivery leadership experience across concurrent workstreams and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technology and data roadmap for third-party administrators, prioritizing demand and sequencing.
• Lead administrator technology relationships, including data commitments and onboarding.
• Translate business needs into clear data requirements and mappings for engineering teams.
• Unite data architects, modelers, data owners, operations, and leadership around shared data products.
• Create data quality controls, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution.
• Turn product structures and operating decisions into system configurations and data feeds.
• Evaluate impacts on data platform, CRM, reporting, and client applications for launches.
• Drive launch readiness through test strategy and cutover planning.
• Maintain backlogs, dependencies, risks, and status reporting while balancing capacity.
• Coach team members and represent the group in governance forums.
