Job summary

IQ-EQ Ireland is seeking a Director for Private Credit & Debt Solutions to drive the global debt and credit sales strategy, delivering profitable organic growth across the IQ-EQ Group. You will own the growth roadmap and lead cross-office collaboration to secure Tier 1 client engagements.

You will develop a robust Go-to-Market approach, ensure consistent pricing, manage key relationships, and drive profitability across multi-jurisdictional deals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the Debt & Credit sector with senior leadership experience.
• Strong experience in sales, business development and client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of alternative investment funds, regulation, debt origination, loan administration and securitisation structures.
• Experience in Big4 or asset management environments is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with Tier 1 clients and drive multi-jurisdictional growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the global rollout and execution of the Debt & Credit Sales Strategy and identify new opportunities across IQ-EQ offices.
• Develop and maintain a consultative value proposition for debt & credit clients and improve RFP conversion rates.
• Build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 clients and develop comprehensive Client Plans to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of DCM&C to expand service offerings and establish best practice solutions with tech enhancements.
• Manage pricing policies across the Group and monitor profitability of key client relationships.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and recruitment of top debt & credit talent across the market.
• Champion thought leadership and marketing initiatives to position IQ-EQ as a leading debt & credit solutions provider.

Job Description

The Director, Private Credit & Debt Solutions is responsible for driving the execution of the global debt & credit sales strategy for IQ-EQ Group’s clients and ensures this drives the company's key objective of profitable organic growth.

The role will be accountable for achieving an annually agreed organic growth target that leads to the overall revenue growth of the Debt & Credit clients of the Group by setting out and executing a growth strategy addressing new client acquisition and commercial collaboration between the IQ-EQ offices and other segment leads.

The role also includes rolling out a consistent Go-to-Market strategy globally for the Debt & Credit market and drive commercial collaboration results to an agreed target level. The role also focuses on ensuring consistent pricing in line with the agreed pricing model and working with clients and teams to improve client profitability where required.

What You'll Do

• You'll drive the global rollout and execution of our Debt & Credit Sales Strategy, establishing frameworks that stimulate commercial collaboration across all IQ-EQ offices and identify new business opportunities.
• You'll develop and maintain our consultative value proposition for debt & credit clients, conducting market research and competitor analysis to differentiate our offering and secure Tier 1 pitches with improved RFP conversion rates.
• You'll build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 debt & credit clients, leading stakeholder review meetings and developing comprehensive Client Plans to maximise revenue growth through up-sell and cross-selling opportunities.
• You'll collaborate with the Global Head of DCM&C to expand our service offering through new partnerships, identify loan administration opportunities, and establish best practice solutions with technology enhancements that expedite delivery and improve win rates.
• You'll manage pricing policies across the Group, monitor long-term profitability of key client relationships, and work with local teams to optimise commercial terms and increase profitability on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• You'll ensure accurate pipeline management and conversion of key debt & credit opportunities by working closely with local CCOs and heads of sales, whilst identifying and recruiting top debt & credit talent across the market.
• You'll champion thought leadership and market awareness through coordinated marketing initiatives, brand development, LinkedIn campaigns, and business development planning that positions IQ-EQ as a leading debt & credit solutions provider.

Qualifications

About You:

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Management or a related field, complemented by relevant professional qualifications.
• You bring 15+ years of specialist experience in the Debt & Credit sector, with a significant portion at senior leadership level, including proven commercial client-facing expertise.
• You possess extensive knowledge of alternative investment funds, debt & credit technologies, regulatory environments, debt origination, loan administration and securitisation structures.
• You have demonstrated accomplishments in Sales and Business Development, with experience in Big4 or asset management environments being advantageous.
• You combine strategic commercial acumen with the ability to build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 clients whilst driving profitable growth across multi-jurisdictional debt & credit solutions.
