Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior PIM leader to drive the product-centric digital backbone across the value chain. You will lead and coach a high-performing team of digital product owners and redesign workflows to clarify ownership and dependencies.

Define and implement the PIM strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, driving adoption so workflows are embedded in day-to-day execution and building a scalable operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading digital products or platform-based capabilities.
• Proven track record in business process transformation and workflow digitization.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
