Job summary

The successful candidate will lead and manage all operations, ensure HIQA compliance, and drive quality and safety across resident care, governance, and staffing. A DON/PIC background is desirable, with active NMBI registration and a strong leadership track

• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
