Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of LV/Fiber Deployment for EMEA to lead planning, execution, and handoff of low-voltage and fiber infrastructure across data centers, edge, and networks. You’ll manage end-to-end deployment lifecycles, budgets, safety, and quality, while building a high-performing regional/global team.

Travel is regular across EMEA, including Nordics; base can be UK or Ireland. This role demands strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong vendor management in

Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical infrastructure deployment or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years leading multi-site teams, contractors, or complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, LV systems, testing, and cabling standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional/global deployment programs for structured cabling, fiber backbone, LV systems.
• Build and lead deployment managers, field engineers, and vendor partners.
• Own deployment planning, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and exec reporting.
