Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Director - Identity Trust to define and lead the enterprise Identity Trust strategy across workforce, customer, machine and autonomous identities. You will position identity as a core enterprise security control plane, collaborating with Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Defence and Business leaders.

You will evolve identity into a strategic business capability that enables secure access, protects assets and supports the platform operating model,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise identity or digital trust capabilities within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern identity technologies, authentication, authorisation and identity governance.
• Identity intelligence, identity threat detection and response, non-human identity governance, and risk-based policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Fidelity’s enterprise Identity Trust strategy across workforce, customer, machine and autonomous identities.
• Position identity as a primary enterprise security control plane and drive adoption of modern identity capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Defence and Business leaders to unify a trust model across identity services.
• Lead strategic identity initiatives to enable secure access, protect critical assets and support the platform operating model.
