Job summary

PrimeVigilance Ltd. is seeking a senior leader to manage the ICSR Management Unit, overseeing staff and ensuring delivery of unit activities within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare related qualification with pharmacovigilance exposure.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post marketing and clinical.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICSR Management Unit and ensure delivery of unit activities within budget and quality requirements.
• Set productivity targets and reallocate resources to maximise utilisation across projects.
• Review budgets and provide oversight to Associate Directors and project teams.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to support staffing, recruitment and approvals.
• Support business development during contract/proposal development and associated activities.
• Update operating procedures and guidelines and drive continuous improvement.
