Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare with 12+ years of PV experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills across multiple teams.
• Experience leading a matrixed organization and global patient safety operations; AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Safety Scientists, driving standardization across Safety Sciences Delivery.
• Coordinate signal detection activities with SMT, SSP and SER; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Biostatistics to support GPS documents.
• Lead training programs and maintain a knowledge repository across Strategy and Delivery.
• Mentor and scale high-performing teams; drive succession planning and talent pipelines.
