Qualificações

• Experience in engineering-sector business development, with evidence of winning consultancy work and implementing strategies that deliver revenue and growth.
• Ability to develop opportunities across Ireland's infrastructure and renewable energy markets.
• Experience leading capture strategies and major proposals within consulting or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Shape market strategy and growth: develop and implement focused strategies and action plans.
• Build client, developer and contractor relationships across Ireland’s infrastructure and renewable energy markets.
• Develop a qualified pipeline and maintain an up-to-date Go/No-Go pipeline for Ireland.
• Lead capture and bids: deliver high-quality proposals with technical teams and the Bid Support Team.
• Shape attractive commercial offers aligned with client needs and delivery considerations.
• Manage key accounts and frameworks with a focus on continuity through delivery.
• Connect market insight with technical expertise across Ireland, the UK and COWI Group.
