Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a strategic engineering leader to head Portfolio Construction platforms within Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS).

You will directly manage 8–10 software engineers and provide cross-team technical and execution leadership across multiple delivery teams. The role emphasizes hands-on AI-enabled engineering, adoption of tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude, and coaching engineers to accelerate productivity and deliver scalable investment technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise across modern engineering stacks, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise-scale software delivery.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Ability to influence technical direction and translate strategy into scalable business solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
