Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience in ICT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE, VMware) and server environments.
• Understanding of storage, backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and monitoring of FTDA infrastructure.
• Assist with virtualization platform administration (Proxmox VE or equivalent).
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, storage, backup and DR environments.
• Maintain secure environments for sensitive data and investigations.
• Support system updates, patching and maintenance activities.
• Monitor systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to FTDA infrastructure projects aligned with enforcement needs.
• Assist requirements gathering and delivery of technical solutions.
