Job summary

Tirlán is undergoing a major IT transformation and seeks an IT Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, development and transformation of the Digital Finance technology capability. You will own the Finance application landscape including SAP FI/CO, consolidation and treasury, partnering with the Head of Finance CoE to translate strategy into a clear roadmap.

You will build and mentor a specialist Digital Finance team, drive governance, security and controls, and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of business-critical Finance apps and teams.
• Strong SAP FI/CO / S/4HANA finance knowledge and integrations.
• Experience delivering Finance technology transformation and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Finance application portfolio, including SAP FI/CO, Treasury, Consolidation and reporting.
• Define and deliver the Digital Finance strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead the Digital Finance team and foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Translate Finance priorities into a structured project portfolio and transformational initiatives.
• Ensure governance, budget control and benefits realisation for Finance tech projects.
• Oversee day-to-day service performance and stability during monthly/annual cycles.
• Maintain governance across the Finance tech landscape including security and data integrity.
