Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role translates priorities into structured project plans and coordinates across multiple teams and regions to ensure alignment with business goals.

A key focus is modernizing content operations through AI, automation and new delivery models, while maintaining governance and quality.

Qualifications

Experience managing digital content, web, marketing ops or related transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle including creation, optimization, publishing, governance.
Experience with enterprise content platforms like AEM and related digital experience technologies.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including content optimization programs and publishing process improvements.
Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
Coordinate delivery across regional teams and product/platform stakeholders.
Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies with proactive resolution.
Support editorial, taxonomy, and governance standards throughout content lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
Lead workflow optimization and adoption of AI-assisted content production and publishing.
Drive change management for new tools, technologies and operating models.
Maintain project documentation, status reporting and decision logs.
