Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Digital Assets Security & Governance SME for a 12-month contract based in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on establishing tokenisation governance, and building security assurance for smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure within a regulated financial services environment.

You will drive audit readiness, develop controls, and collaborate with a dedicated SME to upskill internal teams and embed long-term capabilities by contract end.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise at the intersection of cybersecurity, smart contract assurance, and regulated financial services governance.
• Hands-on experience engaging with Audit, Legal, Compliance, and Financial Regulators.

Responsibilities

• Establish tokenisation governance frameworks across Enterprise Technology Services and Investment Solutions.
• Build smart contract and blockchain infrastructure security assurance frameworks for ETF/tokenised funds.
• Deliver evidencable security controls, risk assessments, and remediation for audit and regulatory compliance.

• Governance & Oversight: Establish tokenisation governance frameworks across Enterprise Technology Services and Investment Solutions.
• Technical Assurance: Build smart contract and blockchain infrastructure security assurance frameworks for ETP/ETFs and tokenised funds.
• Audit Readiness: Deliver evidencable security controls, risk assessments, and remediation for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Capability Building: Work alongside a single existing SME to upskill internal teams and embed sustainable operational capabilities before contract end.

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Smart Contract Assurance / Tokenisation, and Regulated Financial Services Governance.
• Hands-on experience engaging with Audit, Legal, Compliance, and Financial Regulators.
• Strong background in institutional asset management, crypto custody, or tier-1 financial consulting.
