Job summary

Life Sciences Client in Ireland seeks a Digital Applications Builder to identify pain points in manufacturing and translate them into digital solutions. You will prototype data-driven or web-based apps using Claude Code and deliver iterations with stakeholder feedback.

This remote role requires familiarity with AI-assisted coding and CI/CD deployment. A background in pharma/biotech environments is highly valued for rapid impact across the facility network.

Digital Applications Builder – Ireland, Remote – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Located in Ireland, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Digital Applications Builder to support their state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. What You’ll Deliver

• Identify and prioritise high-impact operational pain points at manufacturing or CMC sites through direct engagement with site teams, SMEs, and business owners
• Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and build web-based or data-driven business applications
• Translate business problems into working application prototypes and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
• Partner with BTS to deploy apps through established CI/CD pipelines

Experience required:

• Extensive experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing site environment (e.g., Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering)
• High digital literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology tools quickly
• Proven ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent) to build functional applications. A formal software engineering background is not required, but demonstrated technical aptitude is essential.
