Job summary

BT Group in Dublin is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Procurement Excellence Team. You will translate business needs into practical digital solutions across data, procurement, and technology, driving measurable value.

You will explore AI and analytics, lead adoption of digital products, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver scalable improvements for procurement performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Technology Delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, data and operations.
• Solid understanding of data sources, structures and performance measures, plus awareness of AI-enabled tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into prioritized, validated requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies including AI, automation and analytics.
• Lead launch and adoption of digital products with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Assess vendors and products against business needs, strategic fit, cost and value.
• Conduct initial data investigations to support procurement needs.
• Resolve data, process and system issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
