Job summary

EFOR is seeking a hands-on DevOps Lead to shape and support the engineering and delivery practices behind our MES program in Ireland. You will build and manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee toolchains and automation, and collaborate across teams and vendors to drive reliable releases and system health.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in regulated enterprise settings, strong scripting and IaC skills, and experience with MES platforms (Syncade preferred).

Qualifications

• Leading DevOps in enterprise environments (regulated industry a plus).
• Experience building/maintaining CI/CD toolchains and pipelines.
• Scripting and infrastructure-as-code expertise.
• Experience with MES or enterprise apps preferred.

Are you passionate about DevOps in regulated environments? We’re seeking a hands-on DevOps Lead to shape and support the engineering and delivery practices behind our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) program.

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable MES deployments
• Oversee DevOps toolchains, automation, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive release, configuration, and system health
• Translate platform architecture into automated, maintainable solutions
• Ensure robust monitoring, audit trails, and compliance with industry standards
• Proactively improve deployment speed, frequency, and resilience

What you bring:

• Proven DevOps leadership in complex, enterprise settings (regulated industry experience a plus)
• Strong skills with CI/CD toolsets (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Scripting and infrastructure-as-code expertise
• MES platform (especially Syncade) or other enterprise application experience strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team skills
