The Developer Relations function is a key driver of go to market awareness, product attach, and deep, lasting engagement with ADI. We’re‑ seeking a Developer Community Organizer (IC) who will activate and amplify our developer & partner ecosystem through high impact community programmes - online and in person. This role plays a central part in ADI’s ongoing pivot to a developer-first narrative, turning visibility and engagement into measurable outcomes for our business and ecosystem.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on marketing execution at the intersection of Developer Relations and Partner Programs. The role owns the planning, delivery, optimisation, and measurement of developer and partner facing marketing programs, ensuring consistent messaging, strong co‑marketing outcomes, and effective conversion from awareness to action across ADI platforms. The role is accountable for high‑impact marketing delivery that supports developer adoption and partner amplification at scale.
Lead by influence across Marketing, Developer Relations, Product, and Partner teams to deliver aligned, high‑quality marketing programs. Demonstrate strong marketing execution capabilities in technical or developer‑adjacent domains. Bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to marketing execution in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problem solving; competitive drive; initiative; relationship‑building; and cross‑functional collaboration.
