Job summary

Ericsson GmbH is seeking a Developer Advocate to empower rApp developers within the EIC ecosystem. You will blend hands-on software engineering with developer enablement, crafting docs, examples and tooling to improve the end-to-end developer experience.

You will engage with the developer community, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements to APIs, SDKs and workflows while collaborating across engineering, product and services teams.

Qualifications

Strong software and systems engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on development experience in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with cloud-native platforms, APIs, and modern developer workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication for developer guidance.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with internal and external developers through Developer Community, DevLab and other ecosystem channels.
Provide accurate, concise and actionable technical guidance to help developers progress.
Reproduce, isolate and classify technical issues with logs, environment details and reproduction steps; resolve or escalate.
Create and improve developer documentation, examples, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and onboarding material.
Enable developers through workshops, demonstrations and coaching; build reusable knowledge across the ecosystem.
