Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Developer Community Specialist to activate and amplify its developer ecosystem across online and in-person formats.

The role focuses on building scalable programs, managing open-source engagements, and partnering with product and engineering teams to translate activity into measurable business outcomes. Located in Europe (preferably Ireland), with travel as required for community activities.

Qualifications

• Location: EU (preferably Ireland)
• Experience stewarding open-source programme participation
• Hands-on success converting community presence into activity and long-term community health metrics
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent); technical background preferred.
• Travel: Yes (as required for community activities).

Responsibilities

• Operate and grow ADI's developer community programs across online and in-person formats.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Regional teams to drive developer-centric programs at scale.
• Manage open-source engagements and partnerships to maximize participation and impact.
• Build dashboards and metrics to measure community health and ROI.
• Bridge ADI with external communities to accelerate time-to-value.
