Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Developer Advocate to empower rApp developers in the EIC ecosystem. You will engage with internal and external developers, guide them through integration and testing, and help improve APIs, tooling and documentation.

You will create hands-on examples, run workshops, and translate observations into actionable engineering inputs, while fostering secure, scalable developer experiences in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience developing for the Ericsson EIC ecosystem.
• Clear ability to translate developer needs into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external developers through community channels and DevLab to understand questions and use cases.
• Provide accurate, concise and actionable technical guidance that helps developers progress.
• Reproduce and classify technical issues; collect logs and steps; resolve within DA scope or escalate to specialists.
• Maintain clear developer communication and closure through resolution or handover.
• Create and improve developer docs, examples, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and onboarding material.
• Identify recurring friction and contribute to root-cause analysis and improvements in APIs/SDKs, tooling and automation.
• Provide hands-on engineering contributions, scripts and demos to improve developer experience.
• Translate feedback into structured requirements and product inputs supported by evidence.
• Coach and run workshops to enable developers and share knowledge across teams.
