Job summary

Coffey is seeking a Design, Products & Proposals Manager (COFTEC) to lead engineering design, product development and bid activities. You will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, shape compliant and commercially viable solutions, and drive innovation while aligning with Cofftec’s strategy.

This senior role sits on the company’s leadership team and focuses on standards, workload management and growth. You will supervise engineering and proposal teams, develop roadmaps for new product design,

Qualifications

• Minimum L8 degree in mechanical, electrical, process, chemical or environmental engineering.
• 8+ years engineering design, product development and proposal management experience.
• Proven people leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of modular water and wastewater design and treatment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design leadership across multidisciplinary teams and client engagements.
• Drive product development, innovation and roadmap alignment with strategy.
• Oversee proposals, estimating, tendering and commercial bids.
• Manage team resources, development plans and performance.
• Ensure quality, safety, governance, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and decision-makers to present technical solutions.
