Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator / Architectural Technologist / Architect to manage design coordination across residential, commercial and mixed-use Dublin projects. The role transitions from technical design to design management, coordinating architectural and engineering information with third-party stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience taking projects through to completion on site, with Ireland experience.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in current industry regulations in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawings and specifications with Architectural & MEP requirements.
• Coordinate shop drawings between sub-contractors and design team to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain information schedules per contract.
• Monitor information schedule and advise PM/Site Manager/Engineer.
• Coordinate and manage technical submittal process for all components.
• Distribute drawings and information to sub-contractors promptly.
