Job summary

Falcon Green in Dublin is seeking a Design Manager to lead design on large residential and commercial projects with values up to €50M+. This hybrid role emphasises coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and delivering projects on time, safely and to programme.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a design manager, a degree in engineering, construction management or architecture, and excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong eye for quality and commercial return.

DESIGN MANAGER

DUBLIN (Hybrid)

€110K + Package DOE

Ideal candidates will come from main contracting or developer background and have worked on large residential apartments / commercial projects up to €50M+ build value

Requirements: 5+ years experience as a design manager

• Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams across large-scale construction projects
• Responsible for the technical management of the building project.
• Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams, experienced in dealing with design team and other third parties and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• The ability to work to deadlines and an appreciation for health and safety, quality, programme and commercial return.

Additional:

• Candidates should have a degree level qualification in engineering, construction management, architecture or related subject, while post graduate qualifications and/or membership of a relevant professional institute such as Engineers Ireland is desirable.
