Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee the design process from planning through construction delivery for residential developments. You will coordinate architects, consultants and internal teams, reviewing information to ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will monitor design programmes, resolve clashes, manage design changes and support project delivery with technical queries, upholding high design standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
