Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store. You will support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure targets are met while maintaining visual standards.

With a Leaving Certificate and at least two years of management experience, you will excel in a role that combines people leadership with operational excellence, in a dynamic retail environment in Ireland.

Qualifications

• You have completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferred: Assistant Store Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Drive KPI achievement through a target-driven approach.

What you\'ll do

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store


• Target-driven approach to KPIs


• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team


• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation


• Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained


• Consistently deliver excellent customer service

What you\'ll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent


• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment


• Full driving licence


• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns


• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
