Job summary

Lidl Ireland in Clondalkin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team and drive a high standard of customer service. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, target KPIs, staff development, stock control, and shop floor presentation, while delivering a consistent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leaving certificate, 2 years management experience, a full driving licence, and the ability to work varied shifts; Lidl offers

What you'll do

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
