Job summary

Lidl Ireland in Limerick is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run the store and lead by example. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive a target-driven culture across the shop floor.

This role requires energy, a passion for fast-paced retail, strong communication, and the ability to develop the store team while maintaining presentation and stock levels. Lidl offers progression, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.

• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
